SOUTHEAST ASIA: SIHANOUKVILLE, CAMBODIA

IMG_5644.jpg

After our short flight from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville, we were forced into taking a $20 USD taxi from the airport into town. The local taxi union has complete control over how you get transportation from the airport. If we had have walked two minutes off of the grounds of the airport we could have taken one of these amazing converted "Super Tuk-Tuks". Luckily, we got this awesome picture instead.

Our taxi dropped us off directly at Scuba Nation. "The First PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Diving Centre in Cambodia." More about the great people at Scuba Nation below. After arranging our dive times and dates, we left looking for something to eat and a place to stay.

SCUBA DIVING- SCUBA NATION

Thank you to all the staff at Scuba Nation. You were all amazing in helping us book our dives and for arranging the completion of some new specialties while we were there. A special thanks to Ash, Emile and the captains of the boats and the boat boys, who prepared all of our meals and made our trips unforgettable. An honourable mention to Chris, for corresponding with us on such short notice and arranging that we could complete as many specialties as possible.

JUSTINS- BEER LIST SIHANOUKVILLE

The second place we stayed in Sihanoukville had these three artisan craft beers from a Japanese brewer that travels back and forth from Japan to Cambodia. They had a few more on display but at the moment they were not available. It was meant to be.
