SOUTHEAST ASIA: PAI, THAILAND

IMG_1094.jpg

Our journey from Chiang Mai to Pai was a three hour journey through the mountains, on some of the most twisted roads we have ever experienced. We arrived and immediately rented a pair of scooters. Pai isn't as busy as other cities or towns in Thailand so it was a good place to learn how to ride them.

Our sweet rides.

AGODA- PURA VIDA RESORT

We stayed at Pura Vida Resort about 7km outside of Pai. It was nice to be outside of the city, after spending time in the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai. We woke up early every morning and were served the most amazing breakfasts. Our hostess Noi was also there to greet us good morning. Her and her husband have truly created a paradise. No stone was left unturned. The bungalows were decorated tastefully. The food was amazing. Everything down to the landscaping was thoroughly planned and purposefully done, to create private areas for relaxation. We can't thank Noi and her staff enough for their hard work in creating such a wonderful experience.
